4. Orders & Acceptance

Your placement of an order represents an offer to buy the selected products. We will confirm acceptance via email, at which point a legally binding agreement is formed. If we cannot fulfill an order—for reasons like lack of stock or technical issues—we’ll notify you promptly and refund any charges.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are denominated in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, or other supported options. Orders are only processed after confirmed payment.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics, stock availability, or force majeure. In such cases, we will notify you of revised timelines.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may return products within [15] days of delivery if they remain unused and in original condition/packaging. Certain items—like personal care items or customized goods—may be non-returnable (please refer to our Returns Policy).
